Cybex Libelle still makes sense for families who mainly want an ultra-compact travel format and are willing to accept some comfort limits to get it. It fits especially well when hand-luggage friendliness, a tiny fold, and easy carrying matter more than a fuller everyday feel.

The current positioning is more “price-attractive against newer rivals” than “best buy without qualification”. It is not the stroller to choose if you want better suspension, a roomier seat, or a more planted push on rough sidewalks. But if the whole point is to have something genuinely tiny for flights, train luggage racks, or occasional second-stroller duty, Libelle still earns its place well.
